How to Chnage Computer Name under WinXP/win2k

when installing my windows it asked me to type a Name for the computer, how do i change that name (it's not user name), coz whenever i'm using "send net" it will appear as that name, but i wanna change it to another name constanly.

Right click on my computer and select properties. Choose the Computer Name tab at the top and push the change button. Change the name in the highlighted area and push the OK button. I believe you have to restart. Now you have a new name.
