How to check timing and latency of RAM?

Is there a way to check the timing and latency of my RAM through windows? I bought one stick of Kreton 512 MB, 184-Pin, DDR 466 (PC 3700) two years ago. I'm trying to find the timing and latency so that when I buy my next sticks, I can match up both. Unfortunately, Newegg, where I bought the original doesn't seem to carry that particular RAM anymore and I can't find the specs for it. Thanks for any help.

you can check in bios
