How to check my motherboards temperature

Hey,
I hope all is well........ i can't seem to find out a way to check my pc's temperature. i own an Intel 845BG, I've tried goin into the startup but there is nothin there concernin temperature, so what can i do now, i've tried usein the software Active monitor but it doesn't work cause its says i dont have any sensors on my board.... What should i do or what can be done.......
