You also want to get your credit score from a TRUSTED source (remember you're giving up your SSN)

I would order the Score Power for $12.95 from EquiFax.com which gives your credit report AND credit score.

So if I increased my credit limit on my card and kept my spending the same, I'd have a higher score?

On that note, a 731 is much higher than I expected.

EDIT: The most hilarious part about my report is no late payments are reported.

got my report, and it was what i expected...



it states that i do not have an employment history - i have been working since i was 16 years old...

how do i change this, and will it affect my credti score?

I would definately recommend getting all three.

When I got a mortgage several years ago for a property....there was an 80 point difference between Transunion and the other two which were within 10 points. Took awhile to get it fixed.

Generally the lowest of the three will dictate your worthiness.....though not necessarily.
