How to check if video card has UEFI BIOS?

How do I check if a video card has UEFI BIOS? It seems sometimes later revisions of a certain model video card will start shipping with UEFI or hybrid BIOS.

And if a video card doesn't have UEFI BIOS, what is the limitation? As far as I know, it only affects being able to enable the Fast Startup feature in the BIOS for Windows 8/10?
 
Usually, the BIOS will tell you if the video card is UEFI or legacy.
If you have secure boot enabled, then AFAIK, you need a video card with a UEFI BIOS or it won't work.
