When you try to send money it'll say if it is or not.

Verified is not everything!!

You MUST give Paypal a bank account number (and free access to it for them!!!) in order to get "verified."

I think that's a big, stinking crock of bullshit.

I am not verified and i have very few positive feedbacks on EBay. (NO negatives though!) And I'm 100% reliable and on the up and up. It's all about "gut feeling." Nobody is infallible; but I trust my gut feeling about sellers/people.
