How to change what happens when I insert a blank CDR in WinXP?

OK so I did a reformat recently, and I've always has it set to "Perform no action" when I put the CD in. This time I hastily clicked the "Don't ask again" button and didn't have it set to "perform on action" so now it seems like it opens explorer to the blank CD whenver it's inserted into the drive.

how to I get the dialog back so I can set it to "Perform no action"???
