How to change video In source in windows?

I got a all in wonder pro and it isnt supported in winxp. It has s-video in tv tuner and video composite. I just want to use its video composite in to capture some videos from my camcorder. So I am wondering is there anyway to change video source to video composite in windows without some other special software?
