How to change the Win default language for installations???

I just installed a W98SE cd on a clean formatted HDD, and I used the only pre-installaion floppy I had, a italian version one.
Windows is in english, but the multi language installations ( like drivers, and others ) are lunched in italian.

It must be in the register somewhere, can you help me out?
