How to change the Registered Owner

My daughter was given a PC with Win 2000 Pro OS. The registered owner of the PC and OS was her boss; a Dr. I have cleaned out the app's and files that contained all the Dr.'s and Patients records for her; but would like to replace his name with hers. I know that normally that name goes on during the loading of the OS and from then on shows up when you look at Control Panel > System > General. Is there a way to change the name. I suspect it might be via a registry hack. If so, can anybody lead me to it; or through it ? We don't have the OS install CD-ROM; so a reload is not an option for us.

Start > Run > regedit.exe

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion]

Change the strings values of 'RegisteredOwner' and 'RegisteredOrganization' and you're set.

Goodluck.
