how to change the default navigation software iOS 5

So i just purchased a navigation software from the Appstore, but my biggest gripe is that when I select a contact's address, it automatically goes to "maps". I want it to go to navigation, so I can use it! How do I go about doing so? I remember on Android it was easy, but wondering if this feature exists...
 
not possible, welcome to the walled garden of Apple

EDIT: maybe through a jailbreak with one of cydia's tweak apps
