How to change the color of the Start Menu in XP???

Does anyone know of a simple way to change the color of the start menu in XP from green to silver or blue? I read about some ways to do it, but it seemed a bit complicated, is there a simpler way? Thanks in advance. =)

Right click on Desktop
Choose Properties
Click Appearance
Under Color Scheme choose: Silver or Green or Blue

personally i use Silver.

the start menu is still green no matter what scheme you use. i'd like to know if there is a simple what to change it was well...
