how to change spelling language on office xp

i have an office xp english version and an office xp portugues version.
How do make the english version to correct portugues grammar and spelling?

1. Go to the Microsoft Office Langauge settings applet, and add Portuguese language support (English should be greyed out as the default).

Open up Microsoft Word, go to Toosl, Language, Set Language. You should have English and Portuguese above the 2 lines. Check the Detect Language Automatically option.

You may need the Portuguese dictionaries installed....the US English version of Office XP only provides French and Spanish language grammer and spelling.
