How to change paypal back to personal account?

Does anyone know how to change your account back to personal account? I have looked all over the paypal site and can't find anything. I may have done this earlier, I really don't remember. If I did it was a long time ago.

If I can't change it back, would it create problems for paypal if I closed my paypal account and opened it again?
 
Go to Help and search for "Downgrade". The link should come right up. Follow the directions to send the email. Sometimes, an eBay representative will email you with reasons not to downgrade. Simply submit the request again and it should be downgraded. You can only downgrade your account once. After that, you'll have to stay a Premier Member...
