how to change owner name on a XP computer

I have just been given an old computer which I have cleaned out and put some more memory in and the one thing I dont know how to do is change the previous owners name.
When you go to device manager it says this computer is reg to ******. Im sure you must be able to change it it the registry but where, anyone know?

Not sure what you mean by that, could you explain please. also this is just a fun thing for me to play with, I expect I will give it to someone I know as its not worth much if anything at all. I just enjoy trying to get the dam thing to run as fast as I can get it without spending any money. Allready had fun flashing the bios when I rebooted it was all in chinese, spent a few hours trying to get it sorted when I stumbled across the change languge setting , that was a new one on me.
