How to change or add file arrangement methods in windows XP?

Right click on any of the column headings and you'll get a pop up that allows you to select which columns are shown 🙂
 
Of course it goes without saying you need to have your folder in Details view. 😉 Also, you may need to pick "More..." to see all the options (there are lots!!).
