How To (change nForce Drivers)

Hi, What is the safest way to update nForce motherboard drivers?

I saw mentioned somewhere about a safe mode method, but I have not found a step by step on it anywhere, can someone help me with this.

I've done it in the past by simply installing over the previous driver set. Haven't had a problem yet.

I simply uninstalled the old ones, rebooted, cancelled all of the prompts for new hardware found, and installed the new driver. Worked fine, but I ended up having to reinstall drivers for all of my PCI cards as well.
