how to change LTD?

This is what I have: I go into the bios, go to "Frequency/Voltage Control", and then there are these things to choose from:
CPU Over Clock in MHz [200]
AGP OverClock in MHz [66]
K8 CPU Clock Ratio [x10 2000MHz]

And then there is voltages, but no LTD.

Well, I am still working with it, but the HTTxLTD or LDT = 800 by default, and everyone here says it should be 1000. So I went through 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, and 5x and my 3DMark CPU scores went up as the LDT did. But then I got my new heatsink yesterday (I had a really crappy one before- 45C, this one keeps it at 35C) so I ran 3DMark with the LDT at 5x. But now I got the same score as I did with the 4x last time. I don't know why.

3D mark is not consistant as is sandra! i found that out when testing my rig, i got different scores each time. Anyways LDT, when lowering that or raising it between 3 and 5 there is no real word performance loss what so ever, people lower to 3 so that there mobo dosen't crap out when running higher HTT's, and thus with the same LDT multi higher HT's .. i just dont give a FV<k anymore, if it seems fast ands got a good OC that does it for me, tis all about that CPU-z screenie 😛
