How to change "local settings" folder?

Just downloaded ESPN Motion and it's sending all the videos to a local settings folder under ALL USERS in my C: drive. Well my C is only like 5gb because I don't put anything on it besides OS.

Is there a way that I can tell ESPN Motion (or set the environment variable) to download videos and other temp files to another folder on another drive?

A registry setting perhaps? Anyone? Thanks!
 
We use folder redirection policies but I don't think that will help in your case unless you have an Active Directory domain.
