How to change LAN icon to report bandwith in mb's versus packets?

In Win2k, when I double-click on the LAN icon in the system tray it shows packets sent and received instead of megabytes sent and received like on my other computer running Win2k. I was just wondering how you were supposed to change it to megabytes instead of packets . . .

Thanks in advance.

Yeah I know, on some computers it shows bytes / megabits or it shows packets. I'm wondering if you know how to change it to bytes / megabits.
