how to change IE swirling globe icon ?

Does anybody knows how to change the globe/IE icon on the upper right corner of IE?
I'd like to change it back to normal since Cox software change it to "cox" ?
same thing with my outlook express (those bastards)
I've found the pic file on my IE "custom folder"
I couldn't find the original one. it seems that cox has override it.

never mind, I've found it.
I just try to move the custom icon from the custom folder and everything back to normal.
