How to Change Fsb dram ratio to 1:1???

Currently i want to change my fsb dram ration to 1 to 1 and overclock my pc; but since i have no experience of doing that, please help me out here..

My motherboard is Asus p5b deluxe
Cpu: intel core 2 duo e6400
memory: corsair TWIN2X2048-6400C4

In your bios go to advanced > jumper free configuration > adjust your memory to the lowest speed available which will set it to 1:1.

To change the timings go to advanced > chipset > northbridge > disable configure DRAM timings by spd
