How to change-assign other IRQ no. ???

I have 5 devices on same IRQ - 11:

1. Network adapter
2. Via AC audio controler
3. VIA Tech Graphics controler
4. USB Host Controler
5. USB host Controler

How to change and assign other IRQ ?
When I click on properties in device manager there is no possibuilities to change. Windows 2000 proffesional
