How to catch tards in the act

So these homofags on my floor are bothering the guy across the hall. He has had ketchup (catsup?) on his door, some sort of powder (bisquick perhaps) on the floor in front of his door, sunflower seeds spit on his door, etc. in the past month. The tards who are doing it (100% sure) are loud ass mofos, yet they only do it to pester him. Otherwise, they are, however obnoxious (fratboy, I'm too good for the world mentalilty here), reasonable kids.

I want to catch them in the act somehow. We tried webcams in the peephole, with and without the stupid magnifier, but it's too fuzzy.

Any ideas? Any input is appreciated.

1) Nobody knows.
2) We have, they are homofags and deny it, but everyone knows it's them, I just need to catch them in the act.

4) Gay people have nothing to do with it, they are homofags. It sounds like they are having gay monkey sex in their room. Nothing is wrong with being in a frat, if you're not a dick. Unfortunately, there are a lot of dicks who join frats, and give them bad names.

5) Again, homofags deserve monetary fines if they are vandalizing a common area. Everyone has to pay for their antics. Current floor charge, $632, split amoungst 47 residents. So far, that's $13.46 / person.

If we find the ones who are doing it, the manager will move all charges to them.

Either way, no matter what method you use, it'll cost you more money than what you'll be "saving." Best solution is a mass beating. If they do it again, mass beating again. Repeat until they learn their lesson.
