How to capture still image from AVI video clips?

I would like to capture some image from a AVI video clip, which I got from my DV recording. I used Adobe Premium, but it pop up a menu every time I capture a still image. I have to shut it down and rewind the clip again in order to capture another one.

Does anybody know any other software that will let me capture 1 image per frame automatically without asking me the name of file to save?
