I am trying to call what I guess is a cell phone number in Japan.

I use onesuite.com and when I call the number and start to dial I do:

011-49-160-last seven numbers.

But it doesnt go through,

Anyone know what im doing wrong?

I discarded the leading 0 from the cell 0160
