I need to contact MasterCard in my country because there are charges made on my card from my hometown, but I haven't been there or used my card (which is with me) in 4 months. What whould I dial to place a collect call?
 
I'll try to make this a bit more clear... I am in Singapore right now, and it was my Dad in Canada who told me about the charges on my MC (he's been taking care of my statements while I'm away). When he called MC and explained the situation to them (that I am overseas), they told him that I should contact them Collect.
