How to burn over 80mins

I am using a Plextor 16/10/40x with Nero 5.5.8.2 and have set the overburn options enabled up to 100mins but whatever CDR I use it doesn't go above 80mins.
Even though it will happily burn 850Mb data or more.

I have tried 700Mb and 800Mb aswell as 99min CDR with no luck.

Any ideas??

It seems to allow over 80mins when just copying Audio through Nero but when you create a multisession and add a movie along side data, it won't go over 80mins.

As far as I am aware you can only do disc-at-once writing if you are overburning....not sure if multisession would work.
