I got these two files, I understand the BIN is the actual image and CUE tells the program how to burn.

I downloaded CDRWIN and tried burning the BIN, but nothing happened.

I loaded up the .CUE, pressed "record" and after about 4 mins, it said it was done. When I look at the CD, there is nothign on it. Neither bytes nor files.

Woudl fireburner be better, or is there a way to convert these into a .ISO so I can burn it with my beloved NERO?

Fireburner is the best for cue/bin files. just download it and then click on the .cue file and burn. that's it

1. You can use Nero.
2. Where did you get these files? Sounds like there may be some piracy going on.

Try checking the cd again. Sometimes when I use CDRWIN to burn things after it burns I go into explorer and like it says that there is 0 files/0bytes. Just check again and also try putting it into another CD-ROM drive if you have one. I'm sure it should work.

If that doesn't work, I've heard that if you use a warez version of CDRWIN it'll burn you coasters.

Warez serial more like.

OR... you can download CD Space 4.0 from download.com or something similar. then test it first.
by the way, after checking it's valid file. i would burn with CDRWin.
that's how i would do.

1. Nero can't open .bin files (File > Burn image, it ones wants .nrg and .iso). How would you do it?

2. Piracy? No....never.......

Download fireburner. Or you could get bin to iso converter and then burn from cd image with nero.

Is fireburner free? CDRWin is bad because you can only burn at 1X until you register it.
