How to build muscles (or meat) around the wrist?

I'm 120lbs and I have skinny wrists. I cant wear an adult watch property because they are too thick and big for my wrist. I am currently going to the gym trying to shape up a little bit. But I can't seem to figure out how to 'expand' my wrist's diameter. Any clue?

*Edit* Thank you mod for unlocking this thread, but I found my answer from some nice members who PM'ed me after this was locked. What I'm looking for is called Wrist Curl. Something like this.
