How to broadcast messages on a Win2K Server?

Anyone know how to broadcast on a Win2K Server machine? I just want to be able to send messages to users on my network. THanks

net send /domain:yourdomain.com THIS IS THE MESSAGE

net send COMPUTERNAME message
or
net send USERNAME message

net send (name of computer) (message

Or you can do it per user or machine.
Or you can use the messaging service if you want system alerts to be sent.
