How to bring up the numeric keypad on S4 keyboard?

I am using the default keyboard that came with the phone.

The numeric keypad occasionally comes up on input fields which are numeric only, but most of the time it doesn't, probably has to do with how those fields are coded.

How can I bring the keypad up manually? Can't seem to figure out...
