I am doing loads of reboots trying to fix my GPU atm. After one reboot I can't get past the User account login screen in windows. Win tells me it needs to be activated before I can log in. I press OK and get a message that win has already been activated. Then "logging off..." displays under the account name and I am back at the login screen with the same request.
So I figure I have to enter OS via safe mode. Thing is there is no F8 like there's supposed to be in XP. I have Asus Express Gate installed with my Asus P5Q Pro mobo.
How do I get past the login screen? How do I boot in safe mode?
