How to boot an .iso in DOS?

I need to reinstall my os on my new laptop. thing is it doesnt have a cd\dvdrom so im stuck using my flashstick, which can boot into dos.

You say you need to re-install your OS.
State what OS that is, and there may be other ways to do that.

While you are at it, what is the size of the Flash?

You don't need to load DOS first, you just need to put your real OS install files (assume windows) on that flash drive.
