How to block someone from PM you?

His username is CrackaLackaZe. He probably came from mainland china and obviously has a few things to say about my sig. I really don't want to get into argument about this china/taiwan issue, if you have different opinion, fine, keep it to yourself. But no, this guy insists that I should agree with him and would not quit PM me. So...what are my options? Is there a way I can block his PM?
 
as much as i hate to see this happen, this is in the wrong forum. this should be in forum issues.

there is a list of text buttons in the blue band right below the profile button when you are in the private messages area. there is a button labled banning? does that work?
