How to benchmark COD2?

Anyone know how to benchmark COD2? Built-in utility? Record internal timedemo?

Well, if you can record a time demo, I'd say go on the second D-Day level...the foliage killed my 7800GT that I had OCed (well, I got 5 FPS until I turned supersampling off...then I got 40 or so.)
