How to Bench Q3 with nv15.pk3?

I would like to know how to benchmark Quake 3 Arena, because i downloaded a file called nv15.pk3, but I really don´t know in which directory shall I put it, and what to type in the console to make it run.

Put the file in your baseq3 directory. Run Quake 3. Pull down the console (I think the ~ key pulls down the console). Type

timedemo 1

and hit enter. Then type

demo nv15demo

and hit enter. When the demo is done remove the console (use the ~ key again) to see your framerate.
