How to become a travel Agent?

Hey I' know alot of people who buy tickets using agents, and I though why, since they can be buying through me. Question is, how do I become a certified travel agent without joining a company but being able to use systems such as amadeus and other travel agent systems.

 
This is not for a full time job. This as an extra + when I travel get benefits.
I know the internet are killing them, but I tell you that I asure you that if travel agents gets %1-5 of the ticket price, it will be a great holidays every year.
