How to beat back acne?

i've found the way to beat face acne but can't seem to beat back acne. are there any good medications out there to fights it well? i can't use any of those over the counter acne stuff cause they're too stong for my sensitive skin :) (i.e. neutrogena)

There was this stuff called Nature's Cure or smth against acne
included cream for breakthroughs/sore spots and 2 packs of pills you had to take twice daily: AM and PM. Worked pretty well. Then I just got older, and it stopped by itself.

theres something called natures cure body acne treatment. it's an over the counter pill and cream. i took it for a couple weeks and my gf said it worked great but after a while i started to forget to take it. stuff was fairly cheap too like 10-15 for a moths worth.

is it really "natural"? or is it all marketing like the other products out there?

I thought it was more marketing - but hey, it worked. Was well worth money spent.

Your face treatment seemed pretty complete... You can't apply that to your back?

i don't think there is a cetaphil for back :(

what exactly is the difference whether you use cetaphil on the face or back?
You could try Eucerin, too.

You could try Eucerin, too.
