Get a weather station that can feed data to a PC, and weather software, upload data to internet. That's the best way.

Look for Lacrosse wireless weather stations with the serial-out port. I have an older model and it works fantastic. It's relatively inexpensive, like $200 or so. I use weather display software to upload data online. After the software and mounting pole hardware, it came around $300.
