How to backup firmware FROM SAS HDD?

Good day, mans!

I have Seagate Constellation ES hard drive, plugged to LSI 3442-IT HBA board.
I am really need to download firmware FROM this drive and save it to file to use in other drive.

But I don't know syntax of MegaCLI or what soft to use?
Can anyone help me to do it or give link to step-by-step guide?

Can't you just download the firmware from the OEM's website?
