I have 3 hard drives (1 Samsung, 2 WD). When copy/transfer between these hard drives data will be corrupted, it's some kind of random errors. Example copy a RAR file (100MB) from hard drive A (partition C) to hard drive B (partition E) then test again with winrar --> many CRC errors. Same corruption with other file types but test with winrar is the easiest way to know.
I don't know if it's a problem from the nforce2 chipset or cable or whatever.. right now my data is like "stucked" in every single drive because I cant get them out correctly.
My question is how can I test and be sure 100% if the data is exactly and correctly copied, is there any software or method to do this? and what is the most secure method to backup data? (intern HDD, extern HDD, DVD)
Thanks for your reply!
