How to B**** to Dell . . .

tell them that you want to cancel it if you can't receive it by date XXXX.

I had a friend who complained, because she had a flight on monday and her camera was arriving on monday. The next day she got the camera in mail. But they never told her that they were shipping it over night. She even throught that she actually cancelled it, but apparently they decided to send it to her over night.

That's what I've done in the past. All they really do though is upgrade your shipping to Next Day - while nice, this still doesn't do anything about the fact that they don't seem to think it's important to actually keep the monitors they sell in stock....
