How To AutoMated Restoration of Computer

I like the way I have it right now.
I want to make restoration Disc like Major Companys have (Dell, PackardBell, Comapq, Hp)
I dunno what software is out there which can do it for me.
I have Hardware wise
P4 3Gig
1 Gig Mem
200Gig Sata
16DVD +/- R and 2.4 DL Nec Drive.
I only have use 6.5 GB used. So I should able to make 2 DvD -R or +R without any compression.
Please advise

Look into Norton Ghost or Acronis TrueImage.

Ghost is great. Been using it for a few months now. Windows fvcked up (wouldn't boot at all, I had been screwing with the registry) once, my comp was fully functional in ~1 hour.

now if you ghost your os, do you need to activate once more? or is taht hassle gone?
