How to auto-share usb drive?

A computer on the network is mainly used as a workstation with some work stored on a flash drive that needs to be accessed by others on the network. Is there a way to auto-share it when it's plugged in?

Try this.

Plug the Drive and manually assign to it a Drive letter that is High in the range, like use letter Z. This every time it plugs it would be Z:

Then configure it to share.

That doesn't appear to be the problem as it's always H. However, upon restart every time, it's not shared upon plug-in. Another weird problem is that computer will post but won't get further than the Bios logo and text (so before amount of ram is listed) if the flash drive is plugged in. USB drives and other devices are all set to disabled in boot menu.
