How to attach various heatsinks to various ICs

I got a bunch of heatsinks laying around that I wanna slap onto various IC in a non-hopelessly permenant way (ie: they can be removed with a bit of force)

What's the best method of attachment?

I use Arctic Silver. They have one that will dry out and stick. I used it to modified my V5 and KT7A chip.
