how to arrange favorites in IE

My favorites are unorganized, folders are strewn about and everything is non-alphabetical. why can't I just right click and "arrange icons" like i can on the desktop. anyone know of an easy way to organize favorites without doing it manualy?

Right click and 'Sort By Name'.

Right . . . and if you want certain items in certain places, just edit the names so the alphabetically move where you want them.
