Take cap off of Artic Silver. Try to push in plunger slow and slip and push out enough for 3 chips. Look around for the nearest used tissue or napkin (dont grab the kind the GF/Wife uses) and proceed to make a mess out of the extra glob of overpriced goo. Then you rip off a chunk of paper that is on the desk (you find out later it was your paycheck) and fold into a nice goo tool. Now you try to spread out the goo in a nice smooth thin layer and realise that the paper (paycheck) does not do that great of a job. Work it for about 5 minutes and get tired of messin with it and just make a larger pile in the center and return the chip back into the computer(leaving silver finger prints on everything) Now you fight with the heatsink for 10 minutes and get p1ssed and take the whole damn mother board out so that you can see the little tabs that you are supposed to hook with those nasty clips. Now you eventually get the clips over the tabs and you twist on the HSF making that spin shivering grinding noise. Put the computer back together and turn it on and enjoy the 4 degree cooler temp.
