A friend of mine has a medical (re-)examination next week for the draft.
(Yes, in the country he lives in they still have draft)
Of course he wishes to avoid being drafted and that's why he has to appear as sick as possible.
He told me they will examine his lungs and respiration (for Asthma or somthing like that, he has allergies etc.).
And they will examine his heart etc.
Aren't there ways to make him appear (really) sick? I don't know.... he doesn't smoke so maybe he should smoke a fat cuban cigar before the lung-tests?
Or he should drink lots of coffee so his heart rate is to high.
Don't they do a stress test? Maybe he could take some pill or so right before the test that increases his pulse even further?
PS: This thread is NOT a discussion about the usefullness of military draft and whether he should go or not! If you want to discuss that go open another thread!
