How to adjust FAN speed on GA-DS3

Im confused on what settings to use when in BIOS so that I may be able to adjust fan speeds in windows.

If you can just state which setting I should put these on that would be great

(SMART FAN METHOD)
Auto
Intel (R) QST
Legacy
Disable



(SMART MODE)
Auto
Voltage
PWM

Also what is the best program to use when playing around with FAN speeds?

if you have a 3-pin CPU fan you need to use legacy to control it.

Once step closer thank you.

Now that I know to set the method to legacy I assume I set the smart mode to PWM but I still dont know how to control the fan while in windows.
